Rob & Mike,

Thank you both for the valuable insight on handling "price shoppers". My comment is "Why stop at price shoppers?". It's important for owners and managers to realize how often they and their staff are missing key opportunities to educate their community on a daily basis. Whether your staff is in at need arrangements, swinging the door, attending a charity event, working the parking lot or answering the phones. Handling price shoppers is just one of the methods in which all funeral home staff can benefit from...with the proper training.

Once again, thank you for another great session.

Rob,

The session re: "price shoppers" was very valuable to me. The information changed my perspective of phone inquiries. I intend to replay the session for my office staff and work on the opportunity aspect of these calls.

Thanks for a great session
