I really had a great time with Bill Bischoff of Johnson Consulting Group. Bill is a wealth of knowledge and expert in the areas of strategic planning and organizational development. He explained the benefits for having a Bottom-Up approach to planning and why it is a better way to get staff “buy-in” vs. a Top-Down approach.
