Well, I have to say that this was one of the most in depth discussions about business strategy and the funeral industry.

It is not too often that you get to hear a couple industry experts and PhD of Entrepreneurship have a free wheeling discussion about business strategy and the funeral profession.

I asked Nevin Mann of West Laurel Hill Cemetery in Pennsylvania to join me for an opportunity to talk business with an “industry outsider” who happens to be a world renowned professor and lecturer – Dr. Kevin Hindle of Swinburne University, Australia and guest visiting professor at Baylor University, Texas.

This is a “Must Listen” and also glimpse of how you can think strategically about your funeral home or cemetery and capitalize on of the changing trends and more importantly, leaving your competition in the dust!

Leave me a comment to let me know what you think of this one!

If you liked what you heard in this interview, join me with Brent Mainprize, PhD, as we go through a step by step process of the strategic analysis process. The teleseminar is free, but you have to register before Monday, June 23, 2008 at 9 am. It starts at 10 am Pacific / 1 pm Eastern.

Read more about the teleseminar and register here > > >
