Business Mindset for Funeral Service

By Hep | August 4, 2008

What a great 86 minute conversation with Nancy Lohman and Todd Van Beck!  I feel we shared some great insights into adapting to the changing trends and opportunities in funeral service.  It is an exciting time to be in funeral service and by having a business mindset you can identify opportunities and incorporate them into your plan.

Rob, Thank you so much for the opportunity to be a part of the “Business Mindset for Funeral Service” teleseminar. I found insights from both your’s and Todd Van Beck’s commentaries and hope I was also able to productively contribute.

I also am grateful to share information about the ICCFA Fall Mgmt Conference. It is by far one of the best resources our family chooses each year to help us with our business management challenges. This year’s program is really a terrific lineup and the CEO symposium offers a chance to have informal roundtable discussions with other owners and operators. We learn alot and have an opportunity to build lasting friendships.

This service is great! Keep up the good work. We are new ….only one year old now… With the exception of the primary owner who has 25 years in the industry, the rest of the staff is in “on the job training” here. Thanks so much for extending this opportunity to listen.
    Brenda
