Brainstorming about Strategic Alliances

By Hep | July 22, 2008

This is a two part segment.  As a warm-up, I am going to share with you a video clip of my keynote address at the Oregon Funeral Directors Association annual convention where we are discussing forming strategic alliances.  After that, you can follow along a sample brainstorming session where I use Mind Maps to highlight suggestions for creating strategic alliances.

Live Presentation - OFDA Annual Convention Keynote

The folks at Oregon were great hosts and we had some great conversations about the future of funeral service throughout the weekend.

We had a local church that was flooded out so we offered our chapel to the minister to use on Sunday, they did and the congregation has never forgot this. We also offered our parking lot to a Domestic Violence group to have a Summer Splash for local youth. Over ten organizations were involved and brought many people through the funeral home.
