By Hep | June 30, 2008
This is the first is a series of videos that will show you how you can differentiate your firm from your competition. Being able to communicate your difference, your uniqueness, your value, will allow you to separate yourself from your competition.
This 9:00 minute video will show how findings from your Environmental Scan, your Competitive Forces Analysis, and your SWOT Analysis, can be used as the foundation structure your Strengths and Differences and convey them to your client families.
Please share your thoughts in the comment field below.
I hope that you enjoyed the video. There will be more coming soon – the next one will be How to Maximize Your Value Chain.

A very succinct overview of how best to communicate the value of the “brand” of the local funeral home. Too often funeral firms are mired in either inertia or fear of the future (and cremation perhaps most of all!) The hardest thing to do is to have a long, hard look at where you stand in your local community, and where the opportunities for improvement lie.
